Virtual team working

Custom designed:

Quality, in-house training for your organisation’s needs

Virtual teams (like other organisationally based teams) are made up of a small number of people who

typically have common aims, goals and performance measures. Virtual team members are however

physically separated by time and /or space and therefore who meet infrequently or never. As a result the

team leader and the team has to use a range of electronic tools to communicate - often resulting in a lack

of team cohesiveness and support, misunderstandings and mistrust. This programme provides practical

advice and guidance on how to create hi-performance virtual teams.

Virtual team working

This is what we hear :-

“I was running a meeting via the conference phone, when I asked what Jo thought would be a good solution; Jo did not reply as Jo was no longer there - having popped back to  the office to check new emails”

Training Style:

Interactive, enjoyable  and thought provoking. The workshop uses inputs from the course leader, group and individual exercises, and simulated interviews.

More Information:

If you want to know more about this course or its suitability for you or a colleague, call us on 020 8374 3985 and speak informally to one of our course leaders, or message
