Facilitation Skills

Custom designed:

Quality, in-house training for your organisation’s needs

This training programme will help participants to develop their ability to successfully design and facilitate a wide range of meetings. The programme includes the tools, techniques and interpersonal/group management skills needed for success.

The programme is highly experiential, with participants “road-testing” their skills within highly realistic simulated meetings.

Facilitation Skills

“Expert facilitators just seem to know when to sit back and let it happen, and when to intervene with just enough well-considered guidance. Ultimately, they should leave no fingerprints on the outcome!”

Training Style:

Interactive, enjoyable  and thought provoking. The workshop uses inputs from the course leader, group and individual exercises, and a wide range of challenging simulated meetings
